Our first phone chat or in-person meeting, where we discuss your goals for the session, we will talk about clothing, color pallettes, locations, ‘look and feel’ of these images and a ton of other details that will make your images unique to your family. The Portrait session reservation fee is due at this time to confirm your date on the calendar.

Our portrait welcome packet is your formal welcome to our studio and includes all the information you need about the session, Clothing color schemes samples, tips for a fun filled photoshoot, samples of photo session locations and more.

Wardrobe Selection

Want another opinion? We are happy to assist! We will help you every step of the way, text us quick phone snaps of clothing options or call us to talk about the outfits. We recommend working from a palette of 3-4 colors that will fit with your session location and your home decor.
Portrait Session

Be ready to go at your session time. Let kids know we will be having a fun time together! We will shoot for approximately one hour. Don’t worry I have lot’s of tricks to keep kids happy, engaged and entertained during the session, you just have to join in the games.
Measure Walls For Portraits

Be sure to measure all of the walls that might be a good spot for your portraits and send us your wall picture snaps over before your ordering session. We will use your wall photo to walk you through decorating possibilities including showing image groupings, custom layouts and framed prints right on your walls, which will make deciding a breeze.

In Person Ordering Session

This is the best part, when you will see all of your images for the first time and place your order. Our process makes image selection easy and fast. Our software allows to easily visualize how your images will look on a room wall in your house. Remember to bring any wall measurements and room images to help you with your wall art placement. You will also be able to see our heirloom albums, frames, canvases, and custom cards again.
