Last week my (little) brother Marcus and his wife Heather welcomed their little bundle of joy into the world, Logan Marcus Allen Jones. I was scheduled to go visit them this week, but I couldn’t help myself and had to hop on a plane early to meet my new nephew (and take some pictures of course).
Little Logan is so cute! He was easy going and after the right encouragement (<-trade secrets), he slept the entire shoot for us.
The party began early. We already had Marcus and Heather at my mom's house, then of course mom was there too and right as I am getting ready to start shooting, a couple of my aunts (Linda and Brenda) plus my grandma Momo called and said they are on their way to come see us. I wasn't sure how this was going to work out with all the people coming and going, but the day was perfect. Everyone got to hold him, I was able to visit a bit and photograph baby all in a single afternoon. It was a big party and little Logan was a good sport, posing for me like a pro.
I am so happy I got to see and hug everyone and I loved every minute I got to spend with baby. Granted, I love every minute I spend with all the babies I photograph, but I am slightly partial to Logan, after all, he is my nephew 🙂

Mommy, Daddy and Logan are doing wonderful, everyday is filled with new sounds, expressions and feats. This little guy has brought a new light into our world and there is nothing that can ever compare to the love that we are experiencing right now. We will continue to take photos and share Logans life with our family and friends, but Andrea’, Thanks sis for coming out and sharing your love, your time, and of course your amazing talent with us and starting Logan out with some memories that will last all our lifetime. Love ya sis, give your hubby and boys big hugs and kisses from Me and Heather, and of course Logan. Hope to see you all soon.
